Yoga for Runners with Leanne applies the practice of yoga to a runner’s specific anatomy which complements the students running experience by bringing balance and symmetry to their bodies. The practice will teach the participants to use yoga poses to strengthen the weak muscles and stretch the tight muscles specific to runners.
