She is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and has training and certification in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and maintains continuing education and on-going training in the varied aspects and forms of yoga, anatomy, philosophy, health and well being. She is also a Certified Fitness Land, Aqua and Strength Instructor, a regular speaker and presenter at Yoga and Fitness Conferences, and was awarded the Saskatoon YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in Athletics. Doug is an 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, International Yoga Alliance, Lead Trainer with the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT Program at Namaskar, and is also certified in Yin Yoga. Doug specializes in Sports Specific Yoga. He teaches Beginner, All Levels, Power Yoga, Yoga for Golfers, Yoga for Curlers, and Yoga for Hockey Players. He also teaches specialized and private classes by appointment for local and international Curling Teams, and local and national Hockey Players.

Chelsea has had a love affair with yoga since 2001 and is very excited to have completed her RYT 200 certification and Registered Prenatal certification through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT, RPYT. Chelsea is a practicing labour Doula and Childbirth Educator (CAPPA), certified Yoga Birth Method Instructor. It is with a great respect for both yoga asanas and philosophy that Chelsea approaches the role of being a yoga instructor. Chelsea recognizes the importance of creating a safe space where all are accepted and are able to learn and practice without expectations and judgment. She believes that Yoga is truly inclusive and should be adapted to fit each individual and offers a comfortable and supportive environment where each are encouraged to do what feels best for their individual body each day.
Jari is a Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 Hour RYT and also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Namaskar Yoga Studio and Registered with the International Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga since 2009. Jari strives to practice and teach yoga with passion and compassion. What is important to her is the harmony between body and mind that comes with practicing yoga, and the sense of gratitude and self-realization. Bobbi Nordal is a RYT 200 through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training and Registered with the International Yoga Alliance. Bobbi teaches Beginner Yoga and Family Yoga at Namaskar Yoga in Saskatoon, and also teaching classes in the community of Delisle. Kveta completed her RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Teacher training through Namaskar Yoga Studio and is our substitute teacher at Namaskar Yoga Studio. Kveta's teaching combines her excellent knowledge of pose technique and strong work ethic with her dedication and passion for yoga.
Rosalynne completed her Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT, at Namaskar Yoga and brings 8 years of yoga teaching experience to the studio. She is certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Low Back, Exercise for Older Adults and Aqua Fitness. As a teacher trainer at Namaskar, she developed and delivers specialized workshops for Chair Assisted Yoga, Yoga for Runners, Yoga at the Wall, Core Fusion Yoga and Low Back Stretch and Strengthen. In her work with City of Saskatoon Leisure Centers, she is a multi-level Aqua Fitness and Fitness Yoga instructor and mentor. Rosalynne has also been a guest presenter for the Saskatoon Health Region at In-Motion conferences and at SaskFit. She strives to create a learning environment that is safe, positive, encouraging, good humored and, above all, inclusive of everyone.
