Katheen Podiluk, E-RYT 200, RPYT, RYS and RPYS Yoga Alliance

 

 

 

Kathleen is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, ERYPT, RYS, RPYS) registered with the International Yoga Alliance, Owner, Director and Lead Trainer of Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training, Registered Yoga School with Yoga AllianceShe is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and has training and certification in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and maintains continuing education and on-going training in the varied aspects and forms of yoga, anatomy, philosophy, health and well being. She is also a Certified Fitness Land, Aqua and Strength Instructor, a regular speaker and presenter at Yoga and Fitness Conferences, and was awarded the Saskatoon YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in Athletics.  She has over 30 years of experience in the field of fitness and wellness, with over 7,000 documented hours of experience teaching yoga.  Kathleen teaches with great care, integrity and respect.    Contact:  kathleenyoga@gmail.com  

Doug Podiluk, E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance                       

 

Doug is an 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, International Yoga Alliance, Lead Trainer with the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT Program at Namaskar, and is also certified in Yin Yoga.  Doug specializes in Sports Specific Yoga.  He teaches Beginner, All Levels, Power Yoga, Yoga for Golfers, Yoga for Curlers, and Yoga for Hockey Players.    He also teaches specialized and private classes  by appointment for local and international Curling Teams, and local and national Hockey Players.    

Jari Chaloupka, 200 Hour RYT and RPYT Yoga Alliance

 

 

Jari is a Registered Yoga Teacher  - 200 Hour RYT and also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Namaskar Yoga Studio and Registered with the International Yoga Alliance.  She has been teaching yoga since 2009.  Jari strives to practice and teach yoga with passion and compassion. What is important to her is the harmony between body and mind that comes with practicing yoga, and the sense of gratitude and self-realization.  Also, she encourages her students to keep a positive attitude with a sense or humor and sense of play. 

Kveta Tuma, 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance

 

Kveta completed her RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Teacher training through Namaskar Yoga Studio and is our substitute teacher at Namaskar Yoga Studio.   Kveta's teaching combines her excellent knowledge of pose technique and strong work ethic with her dedication and passion for yoga.

Rosalynne Tayler, 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance

 

Rosalynne completed her Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT, at Namaskar Yoga and brings 8 years of yoga teaching experience to the studio.  She is certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Low Back, Exercise for Older Adults and Aqua Fitness.  As a teacher trainer at Namaskar, she developed and delivers specialized workshops for Chair Assisted Yoga, Yoga for Runners, Yoga at the Wall, Core Fusion Yoga and Low Back Stretch and Strengthen.  Rosalynne has also been a guest presenter for the Saskatoon Health Region at In-Motion conferences and at SaskFit.  She strives to create a learning environment that is safe, positive, encouraging, good humored and, above all, inclusive of everyone. 

Leanne Parsons, 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance, Cert Yoga for Runners

  

As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast Leanne personally found yoga the perfect balance and compliment to those other activities.   She is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained through Namaskar Yoga Saskatoon, and has continued training with Namaskar in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.  She is also certified in Christine Felstead’s Yoga for Runners.  

Brin Beyer, 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance 

 

 

Brin is a 200 Hour RYT Graduate from Namaskar Yoga Studio Saskatoon.  She has a background as a high performance athlete.  Her many years of training have taught her the importance of listening to the body and taking care of it!  Brin's goal when teaching yoga classes is for everyone in her class to feel welcome and appreciated.  She encourages her students to listen to their bodies and do what feels best for them.
