Kathleen is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, ERYPT, RYS, RPYS) registered with the International Yoga Alliance, Owner, Director and Lead Trainer of Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training, Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and has training and certification in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and maintains continuing education and on-going training in the varied aspects and forms of yoga, anatomy, philosophy, health and well being. She is also a Certified Fitness Land, Aqua and Strength Instructor, a regular speaker and presenter at Yoga and Fitness Conferences, and was awarded the Saskatoon YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in Athletics. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of fitness and wellness, with over 7,000 documented hours of experience teaching yoga. Kathleen teaches with great care, integrity and respect.
Doug is an 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, International Yoga Alliance, Lead Trainer with the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT Program at Namaskar, and is also certified in Yin Yoga. Doug specializes in Sports Specific Yoga. He teaches Beginner, All Levels, Power Yoga, Yoga for Golfers, Yoga for Curlers, and Yoga for Hockey Players. He also teaches specialized and private classes by appointment for local and international Curling Teams, and local and national Hockey Players.
Chelsea has had a love affair with yoga since 2001 and is very excited to have completed her RYT 200 certification and Registered Prenatal certification through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT, RPYT. Chelsea is a practicing labour Doula and Childbirth Educator (CAPPA), certified Yoga Birth Method Instructor, attended prenatal yoga training through Anahata Prenatal Yoga and Namaksar Yoga. It is with a great respect for both yoga asanas and philosophy that Chelsea approaches the role of being a yoga instructor. Chelsea recognizes the importance of creating a safe space where all are accepted and are able to learn and practice without expectations and judgment. She believes that Yoga is truly inclusive and should be adapted to fit each individual and offers a comfortable and supportive environment where each are encouraged to do what feels best for their individual body each day. Chelsea is a Teacher Trainer for Prenatal Postnatal Teacher Training with Namaskar Yoga, Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga School.
I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga teacher through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training with Kathleen Podiluk, E-RYT. I strive to practice and teach yoga with passion and compassion. My impulse to practice yoga was a desire to improve my physical strength and flexibility. It was a decade ago when I took a yoga class that changed my life. I was very lucky to have met my teacher Kathleen Podiluk (Director of Namaskar Teacher Training School) who inspired me to see yoga as a journey. Soon I felt all the great benefits that yoga can offer. Through my daily practice, at home, in the classes and personal study of yoga, it quickly became my passion. This influenced my decision to become a yoga teacher. I appreciate every moment when I can help people to feel better physically and mentally. What is important to me is the harmony between body and mind that comes with practicing yoga, the sense of gratitude and self-realization. Also, I encourage my students to keep a positive attitude with a sense of humor and sense of play.
I began practicing yoga in 2008 for the flexibility benefits and quickly realized that yoga was so much more than just stretching.
Strength. Flexibility. Stress release. Confidence. Balance. Being mindful and being present.
Then, I discovered a more passive style of yoga. Yin Yoga. And I was hooked.
Yin yoga has complimented my overall yoga practice and has helped me with my active, everyday life. I thoroughly enjoy the yin/yang styles of yoga and I truly look forward to helping you realize what benefits Yin Yoga has to offer for you!

Bobbi Nordal completed her RYT training through Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training, and is qualified as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance.
Bobbi is currently teaching Beginner Yoga and Mom & Child Yoga at Namaskar Yoga in Saskatoon, and also teaching classes in the community of Delisle. Her open, accepting personality and sense of humour come through in her positive and inclusive style of teaching yoga.

Looking for a path that would help bring a sense of calm to her busy life, Lisa discovered the benefits of yoga 24 years ago. As her practice evolved with different yoga styles such as Yin Yoga, Inner body and Iyengar, Lisa discovered that yoga practice cultivates a lasting freedom and energy within the body, mind and spirit.
As a teacher, Lisa focuses on clarity of alignment, inner body awareness, and myofascial lines. She invites students to explore and enjoy the freedoms within the body that yoga can bring. Lisa Leis is an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and a certified MELT method hand and foot trainer and is motivated to share the gift of the practice with others.
